Can I ask a cygwin question here in this forum.
Since the existing forum has low activity.
I have installed X11 in the cygwin in windows machine.
I know my ip address. Now from a linux machine. If i set my DISPLAY to
ipaddress:0.0 it does not open any xwindow ( xterm , xclock ) in my
windows machine . It says that it cannot open the display
