Thanks for replying, I am using the compiler provided
with the VxWorks product. I used "cc --version" to get the compiler
version( output was 2.96).
I completely agree that I am using an "iron age" compiler but I assume
that VxWorks guys have provided patches to keep this compiler upto date.
