Dear Edgar, dear Armand

It's funny, I just checked all the translations are set in Spanish,
Italian, Portuguese, Lao... except German and French :)

I'll look into more details after the weekend (I'm releasing
MyGNUHealth beta on Sunday, so extremely busy right now!! :) ).
