Thank you for the feedback! 

These are the things I've just finished:

1) Update the template (health_icd10.pot)
2) Merge the following languages against the POT, without using fuzzy
translation.
* es
* ar
* de
* el
* fr
* it_IT
* zh_CN
* ja_JP
* pt_BR

The msgid should now be the same as in the POT file, and no erroneous
fuzzy translations should be present, but please double check.

Remember that thanks to the continuous translation, the changes are
also propagated from and to our Mercurial repository ("default"
branch).

Last but not least.. our friend Dr. Edgar Hagenbichler, has volunteered
to manage the ICD10 package!! He has been working many years with this
coding standard and its revisions, and I am sure we will learn and
benefit a lot from his expertise.

Edgar will be a bit busy next week with the GH webminar that he'll be
giving. After that, we can get the latest updates on this very
important component.
