Dear Luis,
thanks! It's Ubuntu 20.04.
It works now like this:
sudo apt install qml-module-org-kde-kirigami2
sudo apt install pyside2-tools
sudo apt install python3-pip
pip3 install --user MyGNUHealth
sudo apt install python3-pyside2.qt*
sudo apt install qml-module-qtquick-layouts
And the symlink is because ~/.local/bin/ is not part of the path.
Best
Gerald
