Details:

Currently (3.0.3) the command gnuhealth-control backup creates two files :
- A compressed postresql database dump
- A backup of the kernel

The second file should include both files in a tarball, but the kernel is not
included.

Version 3.0.4  will contain the tarball with both files (as well as the
compressed files for the kernel / attachments and the DB )
