Thanks for the tip. 

I use comments with messages in XML files, as you also make comments in XML
view files ( like  <!-- Add here some checkboxes ! --> :-) ). But it's a good
point to keep in mind.

For large blocks, I propose writing a method that keeps the original xml file
intact, but parses out the comments blocks before including it at DB level
(similarly to the copyright comment ). That way we still keep the relevant
information for the developer, without impacting the network performance. 

Anyways, let's put the focus in the context of this task, "History in
Socioeconomics and lifestyle", otherwise the thread becomes cluttered.
