Follow-up Comment #2:

I pushed a commit that changes the title of the page to show that its a
readonly list view. Hopefully that's clear enough. Disabling the "New" button
will take some tryton-fu that I don't possess, lol. I'll leave open to see if
other suggestions/improvements.
