I just answered a mail related to this. We have the $TRYTOND_CONFIG
already in .gnuhealthrc file. You just need to source it after the
installation of the new kernel and before the update.

Also, remember that Tryton 3.4 does not use --update=all anymore . Just
type
./trytond --all --database=your_db_name 

for the update process.
