Yes, I have reviewed the online demo and I now understand how ID type can be 
attached to a patient's additional ID's.

Very good functionality as usual !!! :

But, should we not have by default either:


Default type = (GNU Health ID)


or 

Default type = (GNU Health Temporary ID)


visible somewhere on the 
patient administration screen?

clarify that the system reference ID is GNU Health ID ?

I am even confusing
