Depending on how your workflow looks, this functionality is already included in
Tryton. Have a look at purchase UOM and sale UOM. You could define a new UOM
'pack100' consisting of 1 pack containing 100 pills. You would puchase 1 pack,
but sell pills to the individual patients.
