This is a good idea, however, we should be able to record surgeries
coming from other health centers (ie, what the patient refers about the
surgeries she or he has have in the past). That's part of the reason
there is not a sequence today.

It calculates the age taking the Date of Birth from the patient (party)
demographics information.
