Details:

The Domiciliary Unit (DU) model will be created to help identify and assess
the following, among other :

* Address
* Georeference
* House infrastructure
* People living in that unit (not necessarily family members )
* Peridomicilary conditions
* ...

This model will be very helpful for socioeconomics and epidemiology. It will
also help to reduce duplicating adresses.

For example, many people can share the same DU at a specific time. When
registering a new person, we can use the DU model to assign that address to
the person. When the next family or DU member is registered, the address will
be already there.

It will be linked to the health operational sectors (and operational areas).
