In GNU Health you can use neutral languages (language family, as in ISO 639).
Tryton expects the code that you actually put in the language code that yoy
specify in the Language code in the localization section.

So, you can either use  the language code ("en" for neutral english, or "es"
for neutral Spanish ) or the language code (lowercase) followed by the country
code in capital letter (so es_ES for Spanish from Spain). 

I guess something similar can apply for Farsi. "fa" for Persian in general,
and fa_IR for Farsi for Iran in particular. 

What you have to make sure that the code that you put to the language file and
in the __tryton__.py matches the one in the specification ( Administration ->
Localization -> Languages ).
