I am not a specialist about French association (1901) and their laws,
but from what I know, there is no restriction on location of residency
nor citizenship about the only 2 "opposable" positions (Presidency and
Treasury). The only restriction -- I am aware of -- is the location
of the ``siege social`` (headquarters?) which is basically a postal
mail address. Currently, it is located in Bordeaux; probably a
mailbox where Andreas can easily access, I guess.
The SAC is not defined by law so the Association can decide whoever
sits in on it.
Again from my knowledge, there is no restriction -- by French law --
on citizenship for the members of the Association so it could be Guix
World. ;-)
Cheers,
simon
