    gnu: python-pyzmq: Enable tests.
    
    * gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-pyzmq)[arguments]: Remove #:tests?. 
Add
    new 'build-extensions' phase to build Cython extensions before tests.
    [native-inputs]: Remove python-nose. Add python-cython and python-pytest.
