Add Win32 compatibility to JIT
* libguile/jit.c [_WIN32]: add windows.h on Win32
(struct code_arena) [_WIN32]: a HANDLE for Win32 mmap
(BIGENDIAN): rename to JIT_BIGENDIAN, to avoid collision with
Win32 BIGENDIAN constant. All users changed
(allocate_code_arena) [_WIN32]: add Win32 mmap allocator
(emit_code) [_WIN32]: add Win32 munmap
* libguile/lightening/lightening/lightening.c [_WIN32]: hide mman.h include
