[Gtick-devel] Updated czech translation for gtick

Hi,

I'm sending updated translation for gtick and one line comment for
inclusion in gtick.desktop.

Also it would be more logical if a new profile would be added after
clicking OK in Edit profile dialog and not immediately after clicking
Add. Because otherwise when I don't click on OK and close the window,
the new profile is still added. But this is only a minor thing.
