I don't _think_ this has anything to do with the BSDish personality (or
not) of any of the above systems. I think the common denominator is
that (a) an out-of-tree build is being performed and (b) groff's
withdrawal of configuration-time testing for "PDF tools" (poppler-utils)
is causing the mom test script to be constructed on systems where it
formerly wasn't, and the systems above tend not to have poppler-utils
installed.
I'm open to correction, of course.
