    groff(1),troff(1): Fix style and markup nits.
    
    * groff(1): Fix straggling use of "groff" referring to the system; see
      commit 11dfb514 (16 October).
    * Generalize how the papersize macro file gets loaded.
    * Suppress hyphenation of GROFF_TYPESETTER (outside of paragraph tags,
      where it shouldn't get hyphenated anyway).
    * Stop pointless suppressing hyphenation of "LBP".
    * Fix missing space in font alternation macro arguments.
    * Drop vacuous cross reference.  (Where to look is already clear from
      context, and if you offer no further information when telling someone
      to "see" somewhere, what is achieved by saying it at all?)
