    glilypond(1): Fix content, style, markup problems.
    
    * Tighten wording and use idiomatic English.  The page needs much more
      of these activities.
    * Drop garbage content that I suspect to be a relic of Bernd's abortive
      'FONT' man(7) macro initiative[1].
