    [sboxes]: Tighten msboxes.ms document setup.
    
    * Drop commented settings.
    * Drop requests that are redundant with ms register settings.
    * Explicitly configure zero additional inter-sentence space (since that
      appears to be Deri's preference) so that we can break text lines at
      sentence endings as we advise users to do.
