enable BeiDou B1 and B2

Yo Gary, et al,

I am using ubxtool: Version 3.25.1~dev
Option -h says:

    BEIDOU        BeiDou B1. BEIDOU,5 for B1 and B2

I realized that I have to run

ubxtool --enable 'BEIDOU,2' localhost:gpsd:/dev/serial0

if I want to enable B1 and B2 for BeiDou. In my case "5" has to be 
replaced by "2".

I am not sure if this is related to the device using behind. In my case 
it's a u-blox zed-f9p with  PROTVER=27.12
