Which explains some of your bad results.

A lot easier to look at dmesg.  Or just look at "lsusb -v'

If you have truly deafated systemd(dumb) control of port 2947, then you
do not need to keep doing that.

Finally.

Now you know why I kept asking how you are sure about your device names.

Well, that is still broken, and the next thing to look at.

That looks good now.

Your system clock is still way off.
