Those are both USB GNSS receivers. Very few USB GNSS support PPS. I
have complained to the vendors and they say the PPS confuses users.
The Vk-162 may have a u-blox G6010 or a G7020 in it. u-blox 6-series or
7-series. You can use ubxtool to reconfigure it.
The Beitab BS-708 is a SiRF BU-353S4.
Neither are very sensitive. A u-blox 8 or 9 will work better for a similar
price.
