That one is easy, just install the liberation truetype fonts.

First you need some stats to graph!  You forgot to put these lines in
your /etc/ntp.conf:

    statsdir /var/log/ntpstats/

    statistics loopstats peerstats clockstats sysstats
    filegen loopstats file loopstats type day enable
    filegen peerstats file peerstats type day enable
    filegen clockstats file clockstats type day enable
    filegen sysstats file sysstats type day enable

Also easy, you forgot to run ntplogtemp.  So you have not temperatures to
graph.

Nope.  None of those are GPS related, they are all ntpd related.
