Raspbian nkeeps changing package names.  If you figure out which package
is not Python Cairo, let us know.  Maybe python3-gi-cairo?

What code?  gpsd works fine with matplotlib.

That must have installed all the proper dependencies.

What version python? (/usr/bin/python -V).  That works for me.  Are
you using a really old Python?  That is an optional file, you can ignore
that error.

Earlier it should have told you what you are still missing.

Can you sent the entire build log?
