Thanks for the report; fixed in
e5b918d15b03fa23e9746ca9fbfa6feba244f69b.

I'd prefer to not link to addons.mozilla.org directly, as it contains
nonfree addons.

There's a similarly broken link for browser.dictionaries.download.url,
currently pointed at http://dictionaries.mozdev.org/.  I found the
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/language-tools/ page but it, too,
lists some nonfree addons.  We might want to make our own list based
on that, but vetting and only including the freely licensed ones.
Alternatively, we could fall back to a web.archive.org version of the
now-broken mozdev dictionaries link.
