Anastasis integration - backup (design iteration 2)
A second round of design for how to integrate the Anastasis backup
functionality in the Android wallet.
Includes the following changes:
* Redesign settings screens (based on existing wallet. May require
further changes).
* Remove currency selection
* Remove "add currency" option
* Include country selection
* Include how to view details of configured authentication methods
* Add video identity verification to the list of authentication
methods
* Remove "add provider" option from prior location
* Backup expiry date on a single line
* Show backup cost split into multiple currencies
* Design of payment page
* Add "cancel" button
* Provide warning when exiting incomplete backup process
* Remove the option to add a recovery policy
* Provide alternative wording to "backup"
The only missing item from the list of feedback on version 1 is dealing
with the case when no Anastasis provider is found, either for a certain
authentication method or for all of them.
