Black-on-white is the most "readable" set of colours for text, sure,
but black-on-dark-red is not really different to very-dark-red on
dark-red, but stylistically is better IMO.
That is, I think the very dark red colour I suggest keep the
readability the same.

Probably the text on the AGPL banner would need another class in
addition to the generic notes class.
