Hello Stefan
The GNUe packages are in the 'universe' component of Ubuntu Hoary (5.04), 
unfortunately the packages were not built for some reason for Warty (4.10).
If you wish, you can get the packages either from Debian unstable or Ubuntu's
hoary repository.
At least in Debian (unstable), the packages are up to date with the latest 
release of the tools, and I'll upload them to Ubuntu ASAP :)
