It may be my eyes or it may be my system, but 2, 3, 4, and 9 are
unreadable.  I can see that there is text there but I can't see what it
says.  In 10 I can't read the tabs at the top.

I find the original colors readable.  

I didn't view the logo.  (I'm using my older system with an older version
of Netscape.  I have images turned off for faster loading and when I hit
"images" the logo doesn't load.  However, my newer system and laptop tend
to have the same issues with color as the older system.)

I also find color schemes on some other websites impossible to view.  They
might as well not have the sites as use unreadable color schemes (like
black on dark purple).
