[task #16341] Change the notation for surface brightness measurements

From: Mohammad Akhlaghi
Subject: [task #16341] Change the notation for surface brightness measurements
Date: Sun, 5 Feb 2023 11:54:55 -0500 (EST)

Update of task #16341 (project gnuastro):

        Percent Complete:                      0% => 100%
             Assigned to:                    None => makhlaghi
             Open/Closed:                    Open => Closed

Follow-up Comment #1:

Thanks Raul! The changes have been implemented in Commit 1c30d22070
<https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnuastro.git/commit/?id=1c30d22070> (as
part of a larger effort to fix the option names and documentation of almost
all MakeCatalog measurement options).

While updating the documentation, I noticed that "delta" is a better suffix
than "scatter" for the new name of '--sigclip-mean-sb-err', because "delta"
(the name of the greek letter used in the book
<https://www.gnu.org/software/gnuastro/manual/html_node/Surface-brightness-error-of-each-detection.html>)
is more objective and generic for this special measurement and can cause less
confusion.

Thanks again for the good suggestion ;-).
