Yeah right, exactly like in Verizon case... SFLC sues Verizon and
quickly dismisses the case with prejudice against own clients announcing
a "settlement" with another party (not defendant) and letting defendant
continue (forever now) making available GPL'd binary code for
downloading in violation of the GPL terms:
