At the details of what, retard? Here is the details:
Given: object A and object B, each being original work under copyright
(i.e. computer program works A and B in binary form vs source code form).
Case 1: aggregation using tar.
Case 2: aggregation using linker.
Case 3: aggregation using ISO CD image making program.
Q) Is their any "derivative work" involved here?
