working config for Nokia 6200

Hi, I tried to add this working config to the wiki, then (ready! fire!
aim!) actually read the wiki instructions.  So here I am, requesting
wiki write access.  Alternatively, if that's not possible, here's the
working config info:

Nokia 6200 with Suse Linux 11.2 x86, gnokii 0.6.27, no-name CA-42 usb
cable (usb id 067b:2303, the first entry on the Cables wiki page)
