Have I to create gnokiidev user?
That is not necessary. One will be created when installing the RPM.
Have I to install dependencies??
Go to software management and install the above requirements. That
should be a basic skill for anybody running a Linux. You can even use
something like:
yast2 -i libical-devel
... anyway, that's beyond Gnokii related matters. OpenSuSE wiki has
information about installing RPMs.
