Perhaps I should try to rearrange the sequence so the email gets sent
first the "First Last" + "First" + "Last" gets sent after that - the
same sequence that the phone sends "to me".
Is this the way to go? By trial and error trying to create a valid PDU?
(I'm also a little swamped at the moment, but I'll try to get round to
it soon.)
