gnokii 0.6.13

Hi,

New gnokii version is out. The number of changes and fixes is
enormous, so please see ChangeLog for the details.
We are aiming more at libgnokii being useful for third party
applications, like KDE apps or OpenSync.We have also added libusb
support for DKU2 cable, which should be more reliable than current
kernel patch solution.
