New versions of GSMI and GSMD-Gnokii

Hello,

I put out a new version on www.agouros.de/gnokii. It fixes a few bugs and
also adds support for sendringtone. This is done by sendsms and adding
'ringtone' to the hash instead of messages. The entry shall contain a file-
name to a rttl-file. Since I currently don't have the hardware to try 
this feedback would be appreciated.
