Hi,

I issued today the bug below via the bug-tracking system. Is there any work 
around for this? Or in case you already heard about it, if it will be solved 
in one of the next releases?

Until one I was able to copy roughly 100 of something around 450 contacts to 
my mobile by exporting them in smaller numbers. Less then 10 was a good 
number. Numbers above just increased the possibility of failure. But now it 
looks like, that any additional export to the phone will not work.

By the way, there is enough phone memory available, 3,6 MB in the phone and 19 
MB on the MMC card.

P.S. Nice little application, I was tired of changing every time to windows

When trying to export contact from KDE Kontact the application freezes when 
trying to export several contacts to the mobile phone.

The same happens when trying the same thing with xgnokii or gnocky.

The behavior is the following:
After starting gnapplet the export of the contacts to the mobile first some 
messages "write: xxxx" can be seen on the mobiles display. After some 
percentage of the export job is done, gnapplet drops on the mobile phone with 
the message "App. closed Main". After this the exporting application on the 
PC is freezing and is not reacting anymore. The same behavior can be seen 
with KDE Kontact, xgnokii and gnocky, all using libgnockii. A similar 
behavior can be seen, when trying to delete several contact on the mobile 
phone via the PC application.

A hcidump of the connection is added at the end of the report

The mobile phone in use:

SUSE Linux 9.1 with kernel-smp 2.6.5-7.111.19
KDE 3.3.2 (unofficial packages from the SUSE homepage)
gnokii 0.6.4 package for fc3 (but the same happens with the 0.6.3 package for 
SUSE)
xgnokii  0.6.3 package provided by SUSE
gnocky 0.0.3 selfcompiled with gcc  3.3.3-41
unfortunately I could not try a selfcompiled version of gnockii due to a lot 
of compiling errors
