3110 fix in CVS

Hello world,

I just committed a small fix for 3110 series phones to gnokii CVS. Some
phones use a different range of seqnos than what was documented, and
they stopped working at around 0.5.3 when I made some tweaks to
fbus-3110.c.

Thanks to Jarkko for reporting the bug and testing my patches. None of
my 3 phones had the problem so I wasn't able to test them myself.
