Hi,

I'm a bit late with a New Year release, but here it is. This is mainly
bugfix release:
 - several incorrect gnokii cli behaviour were corrected
 - many docs updates and fixes
 - some of the build problems should be fixed (taken from FreeBSD patches)
Also some new commands to AT driver contributed by Igor Popik. I have
updated the list of the GSM networks to, I hope, the current state.
