I wrote several additional tests to test conversion between UNICHAR and 
UTF8Buffer, and was able to get it working correctly with all tests pass 
so far.

Gaius, I have to thank you for your explanation of how to output UTF-8 
to the console. It works exactly as intended so far as I can tell.
