I've prepared a new gcc-4.1.2 tarball on floppsie.comp.glam.ac.uk:
http://floppsie.comp.glam.ac.uk/download/c/gcc-4.1.2+gm2-20210324.tar.gz
with the patches applied and hopefully gm2!
