git commit/push on master branch

I've pushed some fixes to the master branch which include:


* libm2pim/wrapc.c:  (HAVE_SYS_TYPES_H) checked to include
  sys/types.h.  (HAVE_TIME_H) checked to include time.h.
  Fixes missing prototype errors.  (HAVE_UNISTD_H) checked
  to include unistd.h to fix getuid missing prototype.

* m2/gm2-lang.c:  (convert_loc) added a default catch
  all to stop any attempt to convert an aggregate type.
