[Gm2] git changes

Hi,

I've pushed more changes and rebuilt the tarballs.  The changes
corrected the name to the huge_val family of builtins).  This coupled
together with the other change of 'gm2' now including -lpth internally
should allow 1000's of more passes in the regression test.

On Debian Etch I now get:

# of expected passes            9440
# of unexpected failures        96
# of unresolved testcases       24

On Debian Wheezy I get the same number of failures.

The major change is that gm2 now requires -lpth to be installed for
native host based gm2 use.  There is a new option -fno-pth which
instructs gm2 not to append -lpth internally when linking.
