[Gm2] results for gm2 on debian jessie

Hi,

I've just checked in a fix for the gm2 driver and now the
regression results on debian Jessie x86_64 stand at:

                === gm2 Summary ===

# of expected passes            9524
# of unexpected failures        12

it would be interesting to know if the same results appear on Mint and
Ubuntu.

The ChangeLog entries are:

* gm2/gm2-compiler/M2GenGCC.mod:  (CodeInitAddress) declare tokenno
  and location and set them correctly.
* gm2/gm2spec.c:  let the -B switch determine where the (preprocessor)
  cc1 is found.
