Hello Gaius,

I rebuilt the binaries for Windows7/Cygwin32 from both the latest 4.1.2 and 
4.7.3 tarball (both dated dec 11th).

Testing 4.1.2 results in:

                === gm2 Summary ===

# of expected passes            9144
# of unexpected failures        122
# of unresolved testcases       84

Testing 4.7.3:

                === gm2 Summary ===

# of expected passes            7471
# of unexpected failures        1243
# of unresolved testcases       126

The uploaded logs of course are from the 4.7.3 branch.
