[Gm2] gm2 1.0.4 released

Hello,

I have just released 1.0.4 of gm2 and built binaries for x86_32 and
x86_64 architectures.

The very short changelog entry is below - it is a bug fix release still
based on gcc 4.1.2.  I'd like to merge these changes with those on the
trunc which my private copy partially builds with gcc-4.6.1, but these
changes have not yet been checked into the cvs.

I will be updating the web pages in due course - currently the source
release tarballs also exist in
http://floppsie.comp.glam.ac.uk/downloads/c
